Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel the order till the time we have not shipped it. Kindly contact Tuskey’s Customer Care Team through the available options mentioned at the starting of this policy page.
In which cases can I return the product?
You can return a product within 7 days of placing the order, in the following two scenarios:
- A product is damaged, possibly in transit.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation).
In both of these cases, we will re-fulfill your order and deliver the right product to you. In case of exception, <Tuskey> will provide you with a coupon code of the same amount which can be redeemed on <tuskey> within a period of 15 days.
Who pays the postal/shipping charges for the returned goods?
In reference to the accepted conditions of returns mentioned in point (2), Tuskey will pay for the shipping charges of the returned goods.
Terms & Conditions for Return:
- Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- It takes 3-4 days for the refund to be credited to the account.
- The product you're returning must be unused and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- Please do not accept the package in a soiled or damaged condition.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
- Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
